Wednesday Nights

Join us for in person, circuit training on Wednesday nights, in Lynam's of Laragh.

Circuit training is a fantastic way to improve strength and cardiovascular health while meeting people and having fun! The circuits are carefully designed to give a full body, balanced workout.

So join us on Wednesday evenings to improve your fitness, have fun and hear some banging tunes.

You can drop in on the night or you can sign up for a block of six sessions.

Venue: Function Room, Lynam's of Laragh

Time: Wednesdays at 7pm

Drop Ins: 12 euro

6 Sessions: 60 euro (10 per session)
